Did you know that yoga and intuitive eating have something in common?

Because yoga focuses on mindfulness, engaging in this activity can actually improve our eating habits by making us focus on the present. This means eating in an intuitive way by tuning into our hunger and fullness cues, as well as removing distractions. This leads to an increase in pleasure from food- because, as we know, food is a lot more than just fuel.
