About Zeina

I love food. I’m also a registered dietitian/nutritionist. Put both together and you get a foodie registered dietitian (RD)!

I’m Zeina Khawam, registered dietitian-nutritionist (RD), member of l’Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec and Dietitians of Canada.

I currently work in Montreal and the West Island where I consult a clientele that desires to change their lifestyle habits, whether it’s to increase energy levels, improve sports performance or simply live healthier.

I can help manage digestive issues and medical conditions like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and arthritis, all with an intuitive eating approach.

I understand that eating is a pleasure and therefore demonstrate that leading a healthy lifestyle is not about deprivation and self-guilt, but rather based on making better choices more often.

I also love to workout, try new foods and restaurants, travel, cook and to meet new people. So contact me today to see how we can work together!

  • Here in Quebec, the terms dietitian and nutritionist designate the same profession. We are experts in food and human nutrition and are the only health profession recognized by the Professional Code in this field of expertise. As members of a professional order, you can be assured that you are receiving accurate information as we vow to protect the public.

About Huda

I graduated from McGill with a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and I am a member of the Order of Dietitians and Nutritionists of Québec (ODNQ). I have hosted many nutrition booths to teach the public about healthy habits and answered their various questions. I have worked with a variety of clients with diabetes, cancer, respiratory disease, as well as those with high cholesterol, arthritis and chronic pain. I also guest lecture in the Clinical Nutrition course at McGill to speak about nutrition and respiratory disease yearly.

When speaking to people about how to improve their health, I believe that small changes made in our habits can lead to significant improvement in health, mood or energy. I love food, eating out and trying new recipes and I love to share that interest in food with others.

  1. So excited for you darling!! I appreciate that you recognize that losing weight doesn’t mean that we can’t enjoy good food! Can’t wait to see what blog posts you come up with!
