Individual and group sessions
After the one-hour evaluation, you will receive a complete analysis of your eating habits. We will create short-term and long-term objectives based on your needs with the option of adding a personalized meal plan and weekly menu. Throughout the evaluation and follow-ups, we will continue to understand your goals, motivation, and your obstacles.

- Couple evaluation (1.5 hours): 150$
- Follow-ups (30 minutes): 45-60$
