Most of us want to be more active, but find there are too many obstacles in the way: not enough time, we’re too tired, or don’t have the money to get a gym membership. But what if I told you that you can be healthier with only 10 minutes of activity at a time?

It is recommended to get a minimum of 150 minutes of exercise per week, or roughly 22 minutes per day. Too often, have an all-or-nothing mentality – either we exercise 30 minutes or more or no exercise at all. But to get the benefits of our exercise, we need to move for a minimum of 10 minutes at a time. So break up your exercise routine in 2 and get 10 minutes in the morning and another 10 in the evening!
